Argos Soma Protocols™
This is not
a conventional retreat
A Rare Synthesis
of Ancient Medical Intelligence for Modern Leadership
Designed for founders, executives, and decision-makers, the protocol creates a carefully structured environment for purification, perceptual recalibration, and the restoration of the internal clarity required to navigate complex environments.
Programs take place in carefully selected natural environments — including the Peruvian Amazon, the Andes Mountains, and the Pacific jungles of Costa Rica — each chosen to support deep physiological restoration and contemplative work. These environments function not as retreat settings, but as carefully designed therapeutic containers for the protocol.
Programs are conducted in private cohorts of one to three participants and offered only a limited number of times each year.
The Challenge
Why Leaders Need This Kind of Reset Now
We are living in an era of accelerating instability. Economic systems are shifting, geopolitical tensions are reshaping markets, and the information environment has become saturated with noise and certainty.
For leaders, this creates a fundamental challenge: decisions can no longer rely solely on external signals when those signals themselves are increasingly distorted.
Most leadership development focuses on external competencies — strategy, communication, organizational frameworks.
The Argos Soma Protocols™ were developed to cultivate that clarity — creating a structured environment where leaders can recalibrate their internal orientation, strengthen discernment, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence required to navigate complex realities.
What Makes Soma Different
The Bridge of Ayurveda, Amazonian Medicine, and Mentorship
Most leadership and wellness programs approach transformation through a single discipline — executive coaching, psychology, mindfulness, or wellness practices.
The Argos Soma Protocols™ are different because they are built on the integration of multiple knowledge systems that rarely meet in a coherent way.
The foundation of the work draws from three deeply established traditions:
For more than two decades, Aubrey Bamdad has worked at the intersection of these systems, guiding participants through pilgrimages, extended retreats, master plant dietas, and executive leadership containers across multiple continents.
The Argos Soma Protocols™ translate this synthesis into a precise format that is customized for leaders whose decisions influence organizations, communities, and markets.
The result is not a retreat or a coaching program, but a structured reset for the mind that leads.
Who This Is For
Leaders, Founders, and Decision-Makers
The Argos Soma Protocols™ are designed for individuals who operate in positions of significant responsibility.
Founders
CEOs
Investors
Directors
Thought leaders
Executives responsible for guiding teams and organizations
Leadership at this level carries a unique burden. Decisions influence employees, partners, investors, and often entire communities. The stakes are higher, and the margin for error is smaller.
At the same time, leadership can be deeply isolating. Few environments allow decision-makers to step outside the momentum of their responsibilities and examine the deeper forces shaping their choices. The Argos Soma Protocols™ create that environment.
This work is not for those seeking inspiration, entertainment, or temporary escape. It is for leaders who understand that the quality of their leadership ultimately reflects the clarity of their inner orientation — and who are prepared to invest in cultivating it.
The Practitioner Behind the Protocol
Aubrey Bamdad
The Argos Soma Protocols™ are guided by Aubrey Bamdad, who brings more than twenty-five years of clinical practice, traditional medicine training, and leadership mentorship.
The Protocol Format
Precision, Containment, and Personal Mentorship
High-performing individuals often reach a point where sustained pressure begins to accumulate.
Creativity slows.
Decision fatigue increases.
The nervous system becomes overloaded.
The Argos Soma Protocol™ was designed to work at that deeper level. Each immersion is conducted in private cohorts of one to three participants and unfolds over approximately 14 days, allowing the process to be carefully calibrated to each individual.
Rather than following a standardized retreat schedule, every program is designed as a personalized therapeutic protocol, integrating contemplative practice, botanical medicine, physiological restoration, and direct mentorship.
The environment itself is intentionally structured to reduce sensory and cognitive overload.
Silence, simplicity, and minimal external stimulation allow the nervous system to decompress while deeper physiological and psychological processes unfold.
Participants receive daily consultation and personal mentorship with Aubrey Bamdad, ensuring that the protocol remains responsive to each individual’s process.
(1–3 Participants) 14 Day Immersion Fully Personalized Protocol
The goal is not intensity.
The goal is clarity, recalibration, and integration.
The Plants & Practices
Medicine, Discipline, and Perceptual Clarity
The Argos Soma Protocols™ draw upon therapeutic and contemplative practices that evolved within traditional systems of medicine and initiatory discipline.
These practices are not presented as isolated experiences, but as elements of a carefully structured process designed to restore physiological balance, refine perception, and support deep psychological integration.
Central to this work are the master plant traditions of the Amazon and the detoxification science of Ayurveda — two systems that have long understood the relationship between physiology, the nervous system, and the clarity of consciousness.
Within Amazonian traditions, disciplined plant dietas and ceremonial work are used to recalibrate perception and restore coherence to the mind–body system. Participants work with specific botanical preparations while observing dietary restrictions, contemplative practices, and periods of silence that support integration.
In some protocols, the work may include a limited number of carefully held ayahuasca ceremonies. When used within a traditional dieta framework, the medicine is not approached as spectacle or recreational psychedelic experience, but as a catalytic instrument within a disciplined therapeutic process.
Importantly, Ayahuasca is only one element of the broader protocol and is not required for the work to be effective. Many participants complete the program through botanical dietas, contemplative practice, and therapeutic interventions that support similar processes of purification and recalibration.
Rather than seeking dramatic experiences, the work emphasizes discipline, containment, and integration.
The Application Process
Alignment, Preparation, and Fit
Participation in the Argos Soma Protocol™ begins with a private consultation. Participants may be required to complete a preparatory phase including dietary, physiological, and lifestyle adjustments prior to entry into the protocol.
Because the programs are conducted in extremely small cohorts and require careful preparation, participation is offered by application rather than open registration.
This process allows us to determine whether the protocol is appropriate for the individual and whether the individual is prepared for the discipline the work requires.
The Argos Soma Protocols™ are not designed as general wellness retreats. They are intensive processes intended for individuals who are prepared to engage with the work seriously.
For this reason, the number of immersions offered each year is intentionally limited.
Closing Vision
Leadership Begins with Clarity
Leadership ultimately rests on perception.
In environments defined by uncertainty, complexity, and accelerating change, the most valuable resource a leader possesses is not information, but the ability to perceive clearly and act with discernment.
The Argos Soma Protocols™ were developed to support precisely this capacity.
By creating a carefully structured environment that restores physiological balance, quiets the nervous system, and refines awareness, the work allows participants to step outside the momentum of daily responsibilities and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that guides sound decision-making.
Participants return not with abstract inspiration, but with a renewed internal orientation — one that allows them to navigate complexity with greater clarity, responsibility, and composure.
For those whose decisions shape organizations, communities, and markets, this clarity is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
